Repair Information & Turnaround

We aim to complete most console and controller repairs within 3–5 working days, although turnaround times may vary depending on parts availability and delivery times. We’ll always keep you updated if there are any delays.

All advertised prices are for the stated repair only. If we discover additional faults,

motherboard damage, damaged tracks/pads or other board-level work is required, we will contact you with a revised quote before carrying out any additional work.

No additional repairs or charges will be made without your approval.

Parts and labour are included where stated. Turnaround times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed where replacement parts need to be ordered or are subject to supplier delays.
